Nothing has changed with Alitalia. They still suck, customer service is non-existent or if you are lucky enough to get to talk to someone, he/she is unhelpful and rude. They lost one of our suitcases, and basically, we have given up on ever getting compensated. Management probably instructs all their staff to be as unhelpful as possible, so that they can save lots of money when their frustrated passengers just give up trying to get compensation for lost baggage.
