More hatemail? Surely a misunderstanding

The number of people blogging for (or rather against) Alitalia is growing. The latest fashionable anti-Alitalia craze has been growing with the help of http://alitalia.blog.co.uk/

The blog is dedicated into the common cause of bringing Alitalia to it's knees, making a same impossible and destroying the brand.

The airline's disrespectful and unethical business tactics have enraged passengers across the globe. Time for the Italian boys to go home and stop flying planes they can't manage.

Frustration and anger from passengers

Because you wake up one morning feeling tired and moody don't go and blame Alitalia for 20 hours delays, any lost luggage or anything else for that matter.
Be patient, show some understanding for our dear corporate trying to make their billions. Money doesn't come easy for them. They have to torture many people to collect it.
Never despair on the continuously busy customer services line. Don't you understand that such high demand is meant to cause delays when representatives are busy not helping you?

And most of all don't make death threats like Gianugo below, as you might get sued.

Our full sympathies extended to Mr Rabellino who as you will see is another happy Alitalia customer.
