Be patient, show some understanding for our dear corporate trying to make their billions. Money doesn't come easy for them. They have to torture many people to collect it.
Never despair on the continuously busy customer services line. Don't you understand that such high demand is meant to cause delays when representatives are busy not helping you?

And most of all don't make death threats like Gianugo below, as you might get sued.
