Alitalia is launching clothing range

Alitalia sources confirmed that the troubled airline is launching a new clothing range. Italy's national airline is in talks with high-street retailers and leading fashion houses about introducing its own clothing and footware range.
The new range is called 'Lost Fashion' and will include clothing and footware for men, women and children.
Unidentified sources claimed that the 'Lost, found and never to be returned' Alitalia luggage department is to supply the clothing range at low affordable prices.
And if you think that this is news, think again. Alitalia has been 'losing' people's luggage for years and recent financial trouble meant that the airline would be seeking new revenue streams.

You never know, you might even get to buy back the stuff you once owned so stay tuned for more info as it becomes available.

How dare you?

I have seen a lot of blog posts about Alitalia but I think that Johnny Sapphire from Boston has taken this too far.
His post Alitalia Sucks Monkeyballs does not only use inappropriate language about Italy's flagship carrier (as some morons call it) but goes on to justify why.

I have news for you Johnny. There is nothing original about your post, we 've heard it all before.

More happy Alitalia customers

Following the conspiracy theory trail aka Da Alitalia Code, I have found more people bitching about Alitalia.
Surely they are all in the game. They must be Ryanair execs or Easyjet board members. Anyway whatever walk of life they are coming from they sound like liars and evil people.
Someone commenting on the post dares to say:
"I'm stuck with Alitalia for my flight home, but that's the last time they will ever get my business."
Please stop this nonsense. Alitalia is a great airline, a little misunderstood perhaps?

The Alitalia conspiracy theory

Reading peoples blogs about Alitalia I cannot but think that there is a conspiracy against the airline. I think that all these people are connected, they are competitors, marketing executives of Lufthansa or simply evil doers that hate this company for no reason.
How can everyone have a bad experience?
Like losing their luggage, never hearing from Alitalia or ever getting an apology or a refund?
It must be a conspiracy.

Take for example Will Grady, an American United Methodist minister who lives in England. He uses not one not two, nor three but four posts on his blog to talk about his ordeal with Alitalia.
"Still no word from Alitalia. They haven't a clue where my luggage is. Alitalia could really not care less, and no, they still don't understand why it's important."
"Oh, I received correspondence from Alitalia, which I think is an organisation full of people whose names I won’t bother to learn so we will call them all Brian, and they are not going to cover my pocket pc or camera. They say it is in their limited liability form. So, those bunch of punks should work harder to find my luggage."

Good luck Will and I hope that God is listening.

Alitalia's black hat SEO techniques

It seems that Alitalia does not stop in bad customer services when it goes about its unethical business. It also employs a series of illegal practices and tactics when doing marketing.
The company has been sued for misleading advertising and according to Iain Davidson's blog it also spams the web with the help of search marketing agency BigMouthMedia. Iain points out how Alitalia is trying to promote its website using unethical techniques against the Google guidelines.

Very interesting but no surprise really.

Alitalia customer services

Now I know that this is an oxymoron and reading this bloggers tale confirms my worst fears. Alitalia does not do customer services.
